Terrible quality phone cases. In less than two months, the cord broke and the case peeled, considering I barely use it because I work from home. The after-sales service when I complained to the store was also terrible. They accepted that a €15 case could break in less than two months. Everything went to the trash, and they've lost a great customer and bad press, which I'm going to create for the people around me who are also in the neighborhood.

This afternoon I was at the FABRA I PUIG store. I have always been satisfied with the service, except for my bad experience with the employee, whose name I asked, JOSE ANGEL, who has no people skills when it comes to managing sales. Today I went in willing to change 3 iPhone cases and I did so because it was urgent but I only changed 2. The salesperson, with very poor behavior, didn't know, didn't want to, or simply didn't feel like selling, he limited himself to what I asked for without ever looking up. Then, when it was time to pay, the card didn't go through on the first attempt and in a very bad mood he let me know with a bad face. Without forgetting to say that with an air of superiority he spoke rudely to his colleague who, without saying anything, tried to understand his bad language. Customers come in to spend money, not to receive anything. If you don't feel like working, you should give your position to someone else with the desire and need to grow, and no matter how low your salary, do your job. trying to improve day by day like the previous guys did, lovely people (SALMA and ERIK). Without further ado, total disappointment.
